Ingredients

– 1½ cups all-purpose flour

– ½ teaspoon baking powder

– ½ teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– ½ teaspoon nutmeg
– ¼ teaspoon salt
– 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/3 cup granulated sugar
– 1/3 cup light brown sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups chopped apples
– 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
5. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients, mixing until everything is well combined.
6. Stir in the chopped apples and white chocolate chips.
7. Grease a 10-inch skillet before pouring in the cookie batter.
8. Bake the cookie skillet for 22-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and the center is set.
