Ingredients

Enchilada Soup

Ingredients:

2 chicken breast

1 can of diced tomatoes

1 enchilada sauce

1 can of black beans

1 onion, chopped

2 cups of chicken broth, low sodium

Cumin, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste 

Chili powder, to taste

1-2 cups of cheddar cheese

Directions: Place all ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4hours or low for 8 hours. Shred your chicken once its tender. Top with guacamole, sour cream, chips, and cheese!
