Ingredients

Ingredients: Cooking spray 1 lb extra-lean ground beef 1 yellow onion, diced Scoop of minced garlic S&P Tomato Sauce, your favorite Lasagna noodle, uncooked 1 tub ricotta cheese 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded Parmesan, grated 1/2 cup water Optional: basil . Start by browning the ground beef with the garlic and onion, then add the chopped tomatoes and marinara sauce. In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Layer the ingredients in the crockpot by starting with a layer of the meat sauce, followed by a layer of lasagna noodles, a layer of the cheese mixture, and a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layering process until the ingredients are used up, making sure to end with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the noodles are fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!

In a large skillet with olive oil, add ground beef on med/high heat. Add onions, garlic, and s&p. Once browned and fully cooked add tomato sauce. 2. Spray your crockpot well, add meat sauce, uncooked noodles, ricotta mixture and mozzarella, and then meat sauce. Repeat until crockpot is full. 3. Cook on high for 3 hours, or on low for 6 hours.
