Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken Chili Soup

Ingredients:

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast 

1/2 c buffalo wing sauce 

1-2 cups Mild cheddar cheese 

1 bock of Cream cheese (optional, if you want your chili thicker) 

1 cans of black beans 

2 cans of whole chili beans 

2 cans of diced tomatoes (rotel would be great) 

1-2 cups of chicken broth

1 ranch packet 

Mozzarella cheese (topping) 

Green onions, chopped (topping) 

Directions: 

Add all your ingredients in the crockpot expect for your cheese/cream cheese + green onions. Place on low for 8-6 hours or high for 4 hours. 1 hour before it’s done shred your chicken & add either the block of cream cheese or 2 cups of mild cheddar cheese. Top with chopped green onions and mozzarella cheese.
